a night time explosion, with all kinds of stress lines and repeated shatter lines, just vibrating their way into space. And I love the blues and greens and reds all crammed together. And those neon hues. And the feeling of a big "bang". It has a touch of Pop Art (I half expect the word "ZAP!" to show up somewhere), but it's also a classical piece, with the intensity and compression of a 20th C abstract.
