Description
It's nearly winter here in Cincinnati and so I decided to manipulate an otherwise drab photo in Photoshop to make it more interesting and surreal like. Photo taken with a Sony Mavica digicam.

Nice image, grate bridge and reflection. I think if you crop off the sky and close in on the brige you wouldn't even notice it was a drab day. Nice water, are water in RI is usually BROWN, yummy.
