I like to model usual objects and eventually to mix them with strange things; to play with real and unreal, virtual and imaginary scenes. I'm so glad to play with soft lights and shadows and to try to simulate Global Illumination; things come to life with them since they give depth to objects. Even the simplest models become stars with such light settings.

Looks very real, Yves, very realistic. Great job, interesting and cool idea. :)

Wow. Great bump map for a "beginner." And the lighting is, as usual, excellently applied. Very well done, Yves. :)

one of the great advantages of using procedural textures is the way it actually "maps" the object perfectly. wonderful example object and texture. I like the lights as well. great job!!

I really like the soft shadows in this picture. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your 'experiments'. :)

It looks like a wonderful sculpture of Henry Moore... simply and stunning - brought on the important point of a harmonical composition... fantastic artwork, we love it very much :-)))))))

Il manque juste un peu de profondeur de champs pour rendre cela cohent... Bon boulot.

This is cool. It looks like one of those modern Picasso sculptures you'd see at the Chicago Art Museum. Very neat idea and execution, too.
