Description
Captured 9/22/08 at the beautiful Trump (yes, that Donald John Trump) National Golf Club in beautiful Rancho Palos Verde, California, right off the Pacific Ocean, just 30 minutes west of downtown Los Angeles.
The golf course was established in 2006.
The rest of the photos I took at the golf course on that fateful day are located way back in my 2008 Renderosity section. And no, mister Trump was not there when I took the pictures.

The car's an eye popper (with steve, I wish it were mine!) (I'd have to sell my organs to afford this beauty...). And your treatment is equally so. I assume this color's not easy to tame: It's a near-white---maybe a cream-white---but it eats up sunlight like a voracious animal, and somehow you've tamed it so it shines but doesn't overwhelm anything. I love the light, and the clean silver chrome as contrast. You caught the onlookers well too: They don't interfere, but just blend into the background. (Well, I'm sure you'd rather have caught this beauty without anyone getting into the shot: But given that you can't shout away countless viewers---without being put in jail---you got them in a way that is quiet, gentle, and part of the background.) You've seen your share of cars most of us won't see in 20 lifetimes. A beautiful capture, and I love the flare on the hood and the windshield.
