When I was playing jazz professionally, I had several hangovers...and I don't remember 90% of what I did back then. (Thank god for that!) These women definitely look like at least one of them woke up after a night of drinking; maybe both of them...Great light, with real contrasts between shadow and light. And the two women are inter-twined, tangling at the feet and hands. And they actually look really good for people who've had too much to drink! So one of the women is pouring beer over the other? That's gonna be fun to wash out! Really well done, Ute, and the outside is so bright and cheery, by contrast. Well Ute, you were the last of my visits, this visit to RR (sometimes I get to you much earlier), and it was a pleasure, as always. I hope all is well with you and all your loved ones; and I always have a great time sitting with your art at length, and with all the attention you put into details...Wonderful, imaginative art...
