Captured 1/17/13 somewhere around the neighborhood.
The property it was overprotecting was an empty lot with plenty of weeds.

yeah, I agree with the above: Lots of protection for concrete and weeds. But I love the angles and rust and dust and messiness of it all...and the way the locks look like they're doing a "circle dance" around those poles. And a big sweeping down-angle w/ lots of colliding lines. Great to see these back, they were always one of your great and wild series. (And why would anyone use so many padlocks here: Don't they know someone can cut one link---with one of those heavy-duty link cutters---and poof: The chain goes down?)
