I was skiing in the region of Zermatt, Wallis, Swiss Alpes - and it was just great!

What a gorgeous view! Did you jump out of a helicopter hovering over the top of the mountain and landed on your skis? Only kidding... I hope you had lots of fun! =)

Hehe, no helicopter, I was by ski, on the top from where I did this photo it was about 3200 m over sea... thank you for comment, very appreciated! best priska

Zoom is essential: You captured the heavy, heavy and smooth snow; and you captured the dramatic way the mountain "crashes through" the snow. The contrast of the two---the snow and the dark craggy mountain---is stunning. Full size, this is sensual and sweeping. And the sky is in perfect harmony with the mountain: It has many of the same whites and blues. A big beautiful panorama. You live in a beautiful place!
