Description
A young queen Maeve and friend set off in search of the Sphere Of Osaunia. The orb, about the size of an apple, is said to contain powerful magic energy. Only problem, it's rumored to be in a pyramid like structure, at the bottom of a deep lake, guarded by demons. No prob... ;->

I started with the background image, a Mandelbulb render I was saving for the right time. These two characters finally came along and seemed like they were always there, lol. Hope you are well, high fives all around!

The title caught my attention on this one and my first thought was the Hound of Ulster ... CĂșchulainn. Maeve featured in the book I read. Though in that particular book her wiles were her womanly ways, lol. Great image.

As Katyee mentioned, the choice of title is interesting as Maeve was queen of Connacht and arch enemy of Ulster! (As recounted in the Irish epic "TĂĄin BĂł CĂșailnge", at least).
