This is a very nice render. As stated before, the expression/pose definitely conveys the emotion you are going for. What I love most about it is how your textures pop and the light bounces off your surfaces great and make her look very realistic to me; makes me feel like I could reach out and help her, but that fuzzy teddy will have to.
