Anglais (traduction automatique) Hello, and thank you for coming to visit me!
I live in the south of France, in the Tarn. I have always been passionate about images, especially photography (ah, black and white film ...).
For a few years, I created images with 3D software: Poser of course (Poser4 at the start ...), Cinema4D, Vue. You can see some of these images at the start of my gallery on Renderosity.
Then, with age and fatigue helping, I returned to my first graphic love: photography.
I especially like to show what is not always considered interesting: insects, animals that we meet without seeing them, and if possible to make a portrait of them that we enjoy seeing.
I also really like the architecture, especially religious, that I discover during my rare travels
My partner Danielle is also present on Renderosity, under the pseudo of Leije

Quelle belle photo!

Love that entrance way cutout, always enjoy your pov captures and clarity in all my friend. That distant window on left side of shot looks like a shot you shared earlier but in that room. Thanks for sharing this my friend.

It is great to see such pictures. They mirror the time of today, where all is turned down and buildings like these are used as restaurants or even a shopping center. Great shot!

Excellent and very interesting capture !!

Excellent eye, an artists eye, to capture these five arches into one scene...certainly built to last but also with aesthetic appreciation. I did some reading about this cloister, and it turns out that some of its "building material" was used to build the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Cloisters in New York City...I have visited the Cloisters many times and actually lived only one block away for a number of years....

Superbe capture, Jean-Claude !

Brilliant composition. The scene just draws you endlessly in.

What an amazing and powerfully built structure! It will last another 1000 years if not intentionally destroyed.
renecyberdoc

How many people have already walked between these walls ... Such an old monastery deserves a respectful treatment. Unfortunately, there are many people who behave extremely disrespectfully. Even in Paris I experienced how a young lady in front of the statue of the Holy Archangel Michael made a kiss for her selfies ... Let's face it, vanity is a mortal sin and completely out of place there ... Grandiose photo, Jean-Claude.

obvious that it has been repaired many times, but still standing.
