Description
Working on DS noise issue lately. Onto something. If you turn render quality off and set max time to zero, it will render until it reaches the max sample amount (got this part from DS forums). It looks better with complex scenes, but unfortunately, even with a powerful gpu like my 980 ti, the render takes forever. 10000 samples 8ish hours here. 15000 samples 12ish hours. Still better than reality with my cpu, but less of an advantage. Still can render way more objects at once that reality though.
Enjoy,

P. S. No post except the obvious.

I don't see a great difference between the two. Long render times! Thank you for all your recent comments - they are much appreciated!

This is where the denioser of Octane comes in handy for it. Makes a huge difference in render time. Low light renders (specially indoors where the light bounces around a lot) always do take time.

Right? :-D. If only I had gotten the beta when I had the opportunity.

Looks both same with my mobile device.

Zooming in you can see slightly more noise on the shorter one. I am messing with render quality next to see if I can Trick Iray into an tial a sing sooner.

Their is several way to reduce render time : more light, less textures and less textures size...
