Description
The next in my series illustrating Christina Rosetti's narrative poem "Goblin Market".
Having returned home after eating the goblin fruit, and being admonished by her sister for tarrying, Laura and Lizzie retire for the night, unaware as yet of the terrible cost of Laura's indulgence.
Golden head by golden head,
Like two pigeons in one nest
Folded in each other’s wings,
They lay down in their curtain’d bed:
The drapery of the sheet isn't quite to my liking; its an old optiplex prop in DS3, but I've no idea how to make the folds softer. I played around with damping and bend resistance, but that seems to alter the degree of draping rather than the sharpness of the drapes. If anyone has any suggestiions i'd be happy to hear them!
..oh and never go to sleep with candles still lit! ;)
