Description
Dr. José Mateo Tejada. 1923-2019
Yesterday at dawn, my father lost his last battle. He was a true fighter, from his earliest childhood. Born as a peasant, died as a Doctor in chemistry. He was a honest and hard-working man, and he forged three professional sons, inculcating to us all the values that he respected.
He fought against the disease, but at 95, his strength gave way.
Goodbye, Dad, I love you and I'll miss you so much

I'm so sorry, Neto. A handsome man, he could have been a movie star. It seems he fathered a great family. Speak his name to your grandchildren so he will live on through them.

I extend my sincerest condolences. He may have fought his last battle but he gained the ultimate victory. :-)

I'm really sorry for your loss! I very well know what it means to loose your dad. How ever this is not a goodbye forever, that's something I'm pretty sure about. This is just a "see ya later"! You will see him again, trust me! Even if it is not in this world, but you will see him in all his glory at the other side - one day! you will come together again and you won't be separated ever and nobody will think about the pain again and death will only be a memory - nothing more! I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts! Be blessed!

Beautiful photo restoration. He's a young man here. My condolences. FurNose is right on the button - you will meet again, under happiest circumstances. Just think of that whenever you feel sad over his passing to a happier existence. Keep up the good work. :-)

I'm deeply moved to read about your grief, Neto. Your father looks like a wise man and a good father. You and your family will have many wonderful memories of cherishing him, 95 years is a blessed age, and now, sort of finally, your father is back to his heavenly Father. God bless you and your family, dear friend. A lot of strength with the loss, that there will certainly be.
