Such a strange bird to have around. Hope no cats are about, would be almost impossible not to take a closer look, lol. The largest birds here on the east coast are ravens and crows. Some of them can get as big as your pretty boy...

Oh my gosh...we have three crows that are bigger than the outside cats! They are really beautiful,but a little scary too. They mind their manners (do crows have manners?) and prefer the corn bits in the bird seed mixture.

Nice capture! Oh my, the world's longest peacock, standing there as proud as punch. I wonder if it runs for cover when it begins to rain. Otherwise, that would be quite a load to carry.

They run up to the barn when it starts to rain. However, they roost in the trees at night and get soaked. In the morning they all run to the barn to dray out.
