Fantastic lighting!
Try re-rendering the image using the largest Bucket Size available - I think it's 300x300 pixels. That's the 'quick & dirty' fix for those pesky render artifacts but not a sure cure. They seem to be occurring on the closest points to the camera, so you might try lowering the Detail parameter of the underlying MJW terrain to -1 or -2.
