Description

Captured 12/21/18, somewhere in town. Actually, extremely few people here walk the streets in the morning. In fact, for that matter, the same goes for the rest of the day. To them sidewalks are now an anomaly, as obsolete as the horse and buggy. It's driving or nothing.

I guess it's only you and I that walk the streets. Love the early morning sunrise with foggy and wet streets. Nice photo

I'm at 9 comments, and I'll have to move on for now, Harry, so I'm skipping ahead to this....this is downright gorgeous, Harry: Your light is almost gold-tinged, you have a coppery patina; the light and shadow are gorgeous; you have a front tree (right side) in near silhouette; you've got that big sun struggling to cut through the fog, and the sidewalk is a gorgeous pastiche of metallic reflected lights and soft grays...beautiful textures, hues and mood; a masterful shot. Wonderful fog work.

(and I've heard that LA isn't as much a walking city as, say, Chicago....which is a shame, as walking gets one so much closer to their surroundings...But for you, a photographer, it has to be a boon, because you get clear vistas you'd fine difficult in a walking-city...)
