I just cannot get over all the shoes you find, and then maneuver and capture them. (I imagine you don't touch some of them, whereas you move others for various angles.) Here you've given us a top view and a side view. It's almost like it's being re-positioned for X-Rays. I love the ground this is on: big chunks of wood, and stems and pebbles, etc. And you show us real wear in this one. You know, I'm really getting curious about all these shoes: I mean, I wonder if people just toss them because they're through with them, or they don't fit anymore, or maybe they were from homeless people who just couldn't carry too many shoes (if they collected them from the street). There have to be many stories in these shoes. In any case, we're grateful that you bring them to us all the time...it's a unique series; and you always find the visual language in both them and the ground they sit on...
