Description

Hi There =) ! Thank you for the wonderful wonderful comments and favs and likes on my renders. (You should see this in full size)

Story / Description :

The story continues from the previous render... Happy with her 'sweet' breakfast, Miho gave me a kiss and told me to meet her back in the hidden base. The bike she was ridding was a single seater so I had no choice but to take the bus. Miho got to the living quarters of the base and changed to very comfortable top and shorts. Then she went to collect the 2 prisoners from the secure room. They were still unconscious and the medical monitor showed all was well. She put the two of them on hover boards and push them to a room where she had the brain scanners. She positioned each of them under a scanner. Then she set upon calibrating the respective scanners for each of them. It was delicate work. It could extract all things that a person had seen / heard since being born. It was a massively complex system and as with 99.9% of machines that Miho built, it was beyond my understanding. When she had first told me she had built such a machine, I could not even understand how could she have done that. How could anyone retrieve sights and sound that a person had seen and heard throughout their life time, let alone seen / heard and forgotten over time... I could not even remember what I was doing at a particular time even a month ago. And if someone asked what I had heard today while walking past people talking, I would not be able to say. It's noise we don't pay attention to it. But Miho had told me everything we heard ever, even in passing, was also stored in the brain. It was beyond belief to say the least. It took Miho half and hour to finish both calibrations and then she started the scan. I got to the base and made my way down to Miho's labs which was located far under the ground. It was built it a way that the best so called hi-tech ground penetrating radar that money could buy (and these were not low tech ones that were available commercially), could not see the lab and it would take the company that made them another 200+ years to reach the technology that could detect it. It was the materials Miho was using which were not even in the Periodic table as they existed today. Those materials could emulate any other material to disguise itself. The rules of science were just suggestions to Miho and she had broken all of them which she once tired to explain to me and it had gone over my head. But to her people were not ready for such 'reality' yet and most of the technology she had developed was extremely dangerous in the wrong hands. I reached the lab and there she was, looking happy and radiant while waiting for the scan to get over. The moment she saw me, she smiled and waved me over. I had never seen her brain scanner work before and it looked like something straight out of science friction. Miho explained that for the old man who was 76 the brain scanner would be generating approximately 40,000,000 minutes (76 years X 365 days X 24 hours X 60 minutes) of video and audio... Things were not sequential and had to be re-constructed. There would probably be gaps because of damaged cells in the brain and well saying it was complicated was an understatement ! For the woman who was 30, it was around less than half of that but still a lot to me !. And before we could analyze anything, complete scan had to happen and the reconstruction finished. And that's where Miho's ultra powerful computers that she built herself and which were centuries ahead of quantum computing came into play. With that kind of power, the approximately 60 million minutes of video and audio could be analyzed and reconstructed in seconds. Once that finished then the actual video analysis would come. The AI Miho had built will then scan who these two ever saw / all that they had ever heard in their whole life and process it for relevancy and scan through the unimaginably vast storage Miho had built that had every scrap on information ever printed in books, magazines, newspapers or put online (whether audio / video / photos / documents / scans or whatever else). The AI's job was to identify all the people these two ever connected with, whether in person or over the phone or through some encrypted communication channel or through mail. And then further analysis will be done to see which of those might be the main players of The Corporation or connected to The Corporation in any way even if indirectly. While waiting for the scanning to be over, the wolf also came and joined us. With all of us feeling restless, Miho suggested we get other things done. She wanted to finish building a satellite that would protect that mysterious island where Kenta and his kind lived, so well we all got busy with that.... The story will continue with the next render...

About this render :

Well, finally some non daylight renders from me after a long time. And Miho I must say is looking good under the indoor lighting. Actually I did 2 panels but compared to how this panel looked, the other one was relatively plain looking so I decided not to use it. This one I rendered more than 20 to 30 times. Adjusting the power, distribution and color of each of the light each time to get to the above render. Everything in this render has modified / custom materials on all surfaces. The original bed and the base of the brain scanner was crappy so I turned the opacity of those surfaces to zero and then went hunting for better props to 'complete' the brain scanner. The 2 pillar you see are actually some sci-fi corridor prop that I found in my content library. I scaled down to about 8% and then positioned it vertically to make them look like part of the brain scanner. Then created all sorts of mask for it to color the different parts of it differently. Then added the bed from another set and re-textured that and added the blue light you see at the edge of it. Then added 2 light panels (with the blue tube lights on top) and positioned it above the 2 bed and re-textured it to add the blue lights on top and the yellow lights at the bottom. Added the background panels to give it a feel of a room. I kept everything dark so that the lights looked more prominent. I also placed Miho against the black background so that she stood out even in this colorful render. Finally added a tablet in Miho's hand and lit it. I did put another light that adds a bit more light on Miho's face. You can actually see part of it reflected behind Miho. Overall I love how this render looks.
Hope you all like the render ! Rendered in Daz Studio using the Octane Plugin. No post work done. My previous render - "Get three !" e0dd2c25017274b3a95a7aedb815ff77_thumbnaClick the thumbnail to view it. Enjoy =) !

With limited access to a computer while working I'm glad I have some off day to catch up. This amazing and full size I was floored at the detail. Miho is amazing both physically and mentally I look forward to more of this story.
