I can't believe this is where I left off...this is way back in April. But with my arm of late, I've been late to everyone's gallery. It was time for another session in this remarkable gallery of yours, and I'll do as many as I can in the coming hour.
This is a series of similar concentric circle 'modules' which interlace/interact. The shapes alone have a musical rhythm. But your hues create a whole added experience. You have some very deep purples and blues, and then luminous greens with dabs of yellow, etc. The hues are often saturated, full...which makes these overlapping, cutting forms quite vital. Also, your mixes of purples and greens---classic complementary colors---make for strident contrasts that keeps this like a pulsing jazz number. (Somehow I hear John Coltrane here.) Very vital, at full size, and it would be great in either glass or as a large work on a large wall in a public space. (I'd die to see something like this in stained glass...)
