I walked 3 miles early this morning and then went to the Dallas arboretum walking probably in excess of 3 miles. went an ate lunch at the mall walking again
I was too late for tulips as they already tore them out and replaced with plants to withstand the Texas heat

marvelous flowers and colours never seen them in this many colours before. 30 years ago I worked at Birmingham general hospital where William Withering in 1776 discovered the use of digitalis extracted from foxgloves to treat heart disease
