She weeps for the many dying forests.....! I created this portrait yesterday with Vicky3, it's just great to see how much you can still get out of this old character, unfortunately the most artists here don't work anymore with these old characters! PS. Gonna make comments on your artworks during this weekend. The used background is from dear Ashen Sorrow, DeviantArt.

Superbe travail. Quand je suis arrivée à la 3D, Genesis 1 venait de sortir, j'ai commencé par Victoria 4, je n'ai pas connu cette génération. Sachant les difficultés à travailler avec V4 et G1, j'admire ton travail avec ce personnage. Et je partage l'idée que tu as lancée pour expliquer ta merveilleuse image, encore un beau travail ma Ute

Heureusement, la Nature est plus forte que les humains ! Gaïa est en train de se réveiller et de prendre conscience que les humains sont devenus des ennemis, et ça risque de très mal finir pour eux prochainement !! Un beau portrait très émouvant et bien réalisé ! La coiffure est l'un des vieux freebies de Dreampaint ?

Wonderful work with V3, Ute. Very emotional render. I guess people don't use them anymore as there are much better alternative available now. But yes, it is still an individual choice and those who want to use V3 / V4 should continue to use them.

I have to say this is a sad truth about these characters... when new ones come out they just forget about them, and happened to V4... who by the way is still a great character... one I still use!

I love community, people at Renderosity web page. I feel here at home and I like that we have here various kind of art and different categories. You made a fantastic render my friend. I never used Vicky 3 because I started 3 years ago with Daz, so there was Genesis 2 and 3. But I like that you have sentiment to old figures, make your art more unique in my opinion! "Unfortunately the most artists here don't work anymore with" Freak 3-4-5, Aiko 3-4-5-6-7, Girl 3-4-5-6-7, Gosha, Mavka, Apollo, Sydney, Miki 2-3-4, Koshini 2, Tyler, Dawn, Dusk too .. why so much "hunting" after realism with iRay? Painting effect fade out from most 3D artwork. Another problem is most the images lack a hint of a story.

Your right my friend, the only old characters which a regulary use are V3 and A4, Gosha & Co. is more for fun renders and after all you must know that I am an Oldie as well, but still a Goldie from time to timel!
