Found while at Twisted Spoke on Grand Avenue in Chicago. Bottom text reads "New Orleans Police Dept."
Shot with camera phone this past Thursday.

Now that I think about it, the reason NOLA's called the "Big Easy" because it's way too easy to get in trouble there!
