Clip "b" and "c" : Big-Feet mutants, like Mirabelle, who are half primitives, may enter or exit Norcan as long as they have their yellow-colored neck collar. Otherwise, they are expelled because they are usually too radioactive and contaminated. Mirabelle tries to convince them that Ionivka has been sufficiently decontaminated. Clip "d" : A guard is measuring the various types of radioactivity from Ionivka; he found that she is OK except for her very high level of neutron-induced radioactivity that is happening inside her body. Clip "e," "f" and "g" : Mirabelle is arrested and handcuffed, and Ionivka is being expelled. Since there is a surveillance system near the small gate, Ionivka tried to get help from her mother.
