Description
Keran wanted to take a quick break while doing a bit of armed recon to wish Steve a very Happy Birthday! She said she hopes it's an awesome one, and wishes you many more! Rock on, buddy! Hope plenty of good things come your way - you certainly deserve it!
Keran is Captain of the Guard to Her Majesty Queen Zlata the Gentle of Fae Valley. She will be joining forces with T.N.A. in Chapter 7.

Armed recon for Steve's birthday ? Now that is a party I will be interested in joining :) ! This one is pretty cool, Rod ! I had planned to comment 2 weeks earlier than this, but my arm and shoulder have been in major 'throb-mode' and I've learned from the medical people that this may be my permanent companion from here on out, and I need to start doing maintenance every day and night. (Also, more illness in my sister, with a few apt issues, etc...) But I can't stay away forever. I'll try to catch up on all your recent images in the next week or so. Starting with this, this morning...
Love this. Love the early morning hues---that gold-red sky in the photo. (Maybe it's a late day sky instead.) And love how Keran fits in perfectly: For one, she's got some of those rust red hues in her top and her hair; she has the golds in her hair too, and her outfit is suitably dark (for cover), to match the deep shadows of the whole piece. She's very sensual, straight forward, mysterious, and fierce. That straight up gun suggests she's military, ready for concentration. And she looks great standing in front of that huge tank-like vehicle. Really a beautifully put-together shot; and great for Steve, one of our terrific artists here. Happy Birthday Steve! (He'll never see that greeting, but hey---in case he rolls around here in June, he'll knew I stopped by after everyone else!)
I know you've had a ton of things befall you in the last months, and I know it's ongoing. I just hope you start to see relief, and that all your efforts with your home will soon lead you two to a new place, and that feeling of, "at long last, it's over!" I hope Jo is coming back to fullness. You guys deserve a vacation in the tropics for 6 months...
