As a boy I wandered field and mountain, desert and ocean, forest and the icy reaches at the top and bottom of our world, and each place I found was another mystery waiting for me to discover. One day I found a silver doorway set into the side of a tall mountain. There were such detailed carvings of moons and planets and stars and all those things beyond our own small planet that I pulled the door open without hesitation, and within was the infinite apeirogon. I traveled the apeirogon on the back of a moonbeam I had rescued from the Land of Shadows. In time, I came to the Crystal Universe, and there I live to this day, writing of all I have seen.

That quote is beautiful... really beautiful. The scene here is touching and sweet. Two people who care about each other have a moment of peace.

another delight, and touching, and a fine evocation of the quote you gave. Your light evokes paintings of the european 16th and 17th centuries, with your chiaroscuro and your soft light on hands, cheeks, etc. I think your black and white makes these costumes---which I imagine are rich in color---all the more enticing because they whet our appetite to know where these souls come from. The two arms touching each other remind me of some paintings by Rembrandt, not the least of which is the impasto-like textures, and the dark light with highlights for metal, etc. Poignant, with the feeling that there's a big story behind it. Another fine and touching image from you---many of your images have a touching feel...as you have so many of those moments in your tales, there's no doubt that they come from the same artist. You're very sensitive to these moments. Very sensitively done.
I'm at close to an hour now (I know, only 7 uploads, and it took me 50 minutes---I'm slow!), but as I still need to visit some more galleries for the first time, I have to move on for now. But I wish you all the best with your writing. I know you're working on new pieces, and re-casting old. All the best to you: Your talents, sensitivities and global scope warrant all that you go through for them. I hope they shine in all the ways you want them to!
