The story continues from Gathering of forces (For RodS) render... The AI had finished further analyzing the encrypted backup storage that Miho had taken off the hands of the Corporation. After meeting with the T.N.A. Director she had gotten back and looked through the analysis. Everything in it was extremely alarming but one item caught her eye more than the others. About a nuclear scientist. According to the data sheet she was looking at it seemed he was tasked to create a small drink can sized nuclear bomb that was not detectable by any airport scanner or for that matter any nuclear material scanner. Miho's eyes had gotten wide when she read that. What kind of mayhem was the Corporation planning ? What if they sold it to any crook who was willing to pay the price ? If one of those bombs exploded, the world will be in chaos. She continued to read rest of the data about him. Looked like he was working in some private island that probably the Corporation had bought via shell companies. Under remarks she found a curious note that read "To always manually report to Mr. Phang every first Tuesday of the month and that a boat will be sent from pier 24 in Hong Kong to pick him from a rendezvous at a certain location in the pacific ocean. The rendezvous was far away from any known shipping lane. There was a precise time given in the evening that the boat had to reach that spot and there was strict instruction to be totally radio silent. Additional the boat was to wait their for only 15 minutes and return if the submarine did not show up. The last note indicated password must be supplied when challenged by the body guard of the scientist. There was no mention of the password. That did not bother Miho one bit. She had been working on a hand held brain scanner that could show everything that the person had seen or heard for the past 3 days. So she could use that to get the password out of the person who was supposed to take the boat. And if that guy or girl was told the password more than 3 days before, it would be too bad for him / her because Miho had others ways to make him / her talk. But knowing how secretive the Corporation was, she was sure that he / she would be told the password only minutes before he / she would have to leave for the rendezvous. Miho called me up and told me we had to head to Honk Kong. She told me the action plan. It was simply but then it was simply because of the resources and capabilities Miho had built herself. I packed up the hyper plane with everything we needed for the mission and waited for Miho to join me. She came into the hidden hangar with her portable brain scanner. But what caught my eye was not that but what Miho was wearing and her short blue hair. The swimsuit was a way too sexy a swimsuit and man, was she looking cute in the short blue hair. She had the ability to change her hair style and color by so called "telling" the hair cells what she wanted. My eyebrows went up questioningly. She smiled and said that she had read that scientist had a fetish for pretty girls in swimsuits so to make sure he got on board the boat with her she had to ensure he found her physically attractive enough that he would override any concern the body guard might have. Well, I was not going to argue with her on this ;)... I was sure even if she was fully covered that scientist would get on the boat with her. We flew into Hong Kong and hovered over Pier 24 and basically tapped every single phone, walkie talkie, communication radio, etc. in that area. Miho told me her gut said the call would last for maximum 2 or 3 seconds for a code word to be said. And I knew her gut instincts were never wrong. We waited for the call to happen. The AI was set to detect the short call. It was almost time for the boat to depart when suddenly the AI flashed the word "King Tut" on the screen. It had detected the call. We saw a guy immediately jump into a orange rescue boat with powerful engines and take off. Whether we had the password or not, the plan was to intercept the boat once it was out of site of the coast and take over the boat. And then if required get the password out of him. We shadowed the boat as it headed out to the open sea. Once we were out of the sight of the coast, we used the non lethal knock out weapon to knock him out and Miho got down to the boat and lifted the guy and passed him over to me. He would be sleeping in the hyperplane until we woke him up after the mission was over. Miho gunned the engines and took off like a bat from hell. I went ahead to the rendezvous point and hovered above the spot. On my console I could see all ships, planes and submarines that were within a 1000Km of that place. It did not matter if they used stealth technologies. The scanner Miho had built made stealth technologies redundant. There was no escaping her scanners. It took Miho an hour to get there and on my screen I saw a lone submarine coming towards the rendezvous point. I told Miho over the comms that all looked normal. We waited for the submarine to get near. It was making good speed and would make the rendezvous on time. Miho was silent for most part. There was too much on her young mind. I could never comprehend how she did all this. At her age, she should be in college and enjoying life.... When the submarine was 5 minutes out I informed Miho. And 5 minutes later a periscope appear out of the water looking at Miho and the boat. To the submarine captain everything looked normal. Their radar showed all clear. The boat was there as expected and a single person was on it as expected. Because of the compartmentalization of information within the Corporation, no one knew more than what they needed to know to do their job. The submarine captain's job was to let the scientist get on the boat if the password was correctly given to the body guard by the person who was driving the boat. If the password was wrong, the body guard's job was to kill that person and sink the boat and the captain had to bring the scientist back to the private island. Miho started the boat and came alongside the submarine. A hatch opened and a serious looking armed woman got out of the hatch and walked over to where Miho was. With the weapon pointed at Miho and giving Miho a once over form head to toe she asked "Password ?". Miho replied "king Tut". The body guard made a hand signal and waited. The gun still pointed at Miho. She did not like Miho one bit. To her Miho was too beautiful to be doing this and alarm bells were going off in her head. But the person had given the correct password and her job was not to ask questions. She did not think Miho was a threat of any kind but she still did not feel right about Miho. If needed she thought she could easily kill Miho. Her trail of thought was interrupted by what stepped out of the hatch. What step out of the hatch and walked over to Miho gave her a shock. What the hell was that guy wearing Miho said to herself. He looked like a real creep. The scientist took one look at Miho and started grinning ear tot ear like a mad man. He was immediately infatuated with Miho. He stared at the body guard and said "Put that gun away, don't you see how beautiful and delicate she is ?! You will frighten her". Miho just smiled at him in spite of her skin crawling at the sight of the scientist extended her hand to support him to come over to the boat. The body guard with a grim face watched her as she guided him over. After the scientist was seated, Miho extend her hand to the bodyguard. The bodyguard ignored Miho's hand and tried to jump over. She slipped and fell letting go of the weapon. Miho calmly picked up the weapon and handed it back to the now red faced body guard. Once the bodyguard sat down, Miho said "hold on to the railing in front o you" and gunned the engine. The scientist wanted to talk to Miho about spending the evening together but the rough sea and all the flying jump the boat was doing over the waves soon made him green... Both him and the body guard were going to be sea sick soon. In fact the scientist actually hated water but he followed whatever transportation he was told to take by the Corporation. They had just crested a wave when suddenly the scientist screamed "watch out" with sheer panic in his voice... Miho just smiled... The story will continue with the next render...

I had been wanting to use the blue hair on Miho for some time now. This short hair style makes her look even younger and very cute. And even though blue is not a natural color, it somehow suits her very well. This whole scene and story came out of a single thought that was stuck on my head since Saturday - Miho on a boat..... So kind of had to think creatively to come up with a story line where I could put Miho on a boat and which continued the story from my last render for the current story. These are lit by a sunset HDRI and basically my RnD into non sunny lighting condition render. I like how the renders look but I need to do a lot more work on the skin shader for this kind of lighting. Some of the knee details had kind of vanished. I think my SSS is too strong and / or my diffuse map too light. Anyway will experiment and see what is the issue. But overall I love how Miho looks. Specially the face. A lot of work went into posing them in the 3 scenes. Once again most of the materials have been edited to make them look better. I added some splashes between the boat and the submarine in the 2nd panel. Int he last panel, I did add splashes behind the boat but don't really like it how it looks. Need to see how I have make it better. Needed to use ZBrush to add the slight wind effect on Miho's hair (panel 3) and also to drape the coat of the scientist properly at the knee / shin area (panel 3). There was no bones in the coat at the shin area I think so it was straight from the thigh even though the legs went bent at the knee. Also had to adjust the coat at the same area in panel 2 for the same reason. The coat was straight and the legs were coming out through the side of the coat. The water is a specular material with cyan transmission color and to give is that bright cyan hue there is a massive light underneath the water plane with just enough power to make it appear like what you see in the renders. I am back to the multi panel rendering for now. Will see if I have time to continue such multi panel posts. All the panels took around 40 minutes @ 4K. You may want to see it in full size. It is double the size you see now. Update: I have added the products used list for this render. I will slowly update my earlier renders with the same information.

I have re-rendered all three panels with a new HDRI lighting and more material changes on Miho's skin and hair shader. All the panels look brighter and the light is of much better quality.
