Description
Work may feel like challenges coming from all directions; but if you are in the service field, it is good to keep in mind that at times each of those clients you serve have the same feeling in their own way (their own time as the scared face surrounded by challenges of their own).

Excellent depiction of a deep insight. And if you are in the service field, those very clients are the the ones that put the food on your plate, not the company, as we commonly think.
