Description
This is a portrait I did of a character i"m playing in an RPG. Her name is Tam Hunnicut. Originally I intended to do just a quick visualization of the character for the game master, but I got a little carried away, even putting the campaign name on the crate she's got her boot on. And hey, who can resist a mushroom cloud?
I was surprised at how well the generation 3 gun prop rendered up with Iray. It got the uberbase applied, but that was it. I don't know why, I just like it.
Tam woke up to a voice in her ear, woken up from a cryo-stasis that apparently went on a lot longer than it was supposed to. Originally a guardian for a colony sent out to reach Alpha Centauri, she woke up to the news that humanity had figured out FTL travel in the interrim, beat you to the planet, and then subsequantally lost track of your pod. Good news is, the Earth has been saved and you've accrued 400 years worth of back pay. Bad news is you're currently trapped on a world that had been abandoned, with no obvious way off-world. For now.
Currently, she's preparing to try to hijack a two-story drone in order to rescue her fellow squad-mate, Jarhead. There aren't any mushroom clouds in the game. Yet... This was just a fun portrait to better describe the character to a GM that doesn't always understand my verbal/text character descriptions. (He's autistic, but a fantastic GM)
