Description

Awan takes a few moments alone before joining his fellow warriors. They are preparing a raid on the tribe that stole several of their horses. The planning is sound but things can always go wrong in situations like this. He prays that the raid is successful and that all his companions return to celebrate the victory over their enemies. I wanted to see how the M4 Cheyenne outfit would translate to G3. It's always a pleasure to see your scenes and storylines, and how you bring them to life in your images. The background here is like a big lava field out west...a beautiful rolling stone-scape leading to a beautiful sky. And Awan and his horse are suitably toned down (in hue and light) to fit into the background. He looks concentrated, but strong. And a sweet moment between him and his horse. Visually and theme wise, a beautiful image. That sky is a perfect "ending" to the tense moment...tranquil, expansive, overseeing...Beautiful.
