Description
After almost a year, I'm ready to give this Nikon Coolpix W100 a try in the field! Given to me by an old co-worker, this will replace my 2002-era Hp Photosmart camera.
It's a point-and-shoot, but the quality will be far better than either the HP or my current smartphone. It's a good start!

Nice... I had to get a new camera a year ago or so, because I lost my other one... but I mostly only take pictures of my projects here at work!

I really need to take a few days and just go out and shoot.. Seems like all I do lately is fight with computers and deal with chaos. A week or 2 away with the camera sounds so good..

Couldn't agree more. Back in Ye Olden Days I couldn't wait for summer break to start so I could take pics. I need to change things. Now.
