Here is the story. The Arms was owned by Hailey’s parents when they died in the car crash. The Arms became part of Hailey’s estate overseen by a complex family trust and handled by a local bank. Hailey’s marriage to Aram required an audit of her estate which turned up the Sailmaker’s Arms. Trustees of Hailey’s estate seem to forgotten about it. At the end of their honeymoon Aram and Hailey decided to spend a day or two at the Arms to look the place over and decide whether to keep it or sell it. So what will Hailey decide now?
