I wanted to make a wish, but I did not know the answer to the riddle, so he kept the coin and I could not wish you were happy in heaven.

wow, just wow! i guess i could talk about how wonderful a render this is from just what i am looking at: the colouring, the pose, the way the lighting captures his textures, those exaggerated, lovely hands & feet [the toes are simply awesome], but truth told, it's the image along with the stated thought/inspiration for the image that somehow gut-punches me, and i'm left feeling a little quiet inside, a bit wistful, and rather reflective. for me, if i'm left with something more, something past the image itself, well, i say the artist has been successful in/with their process... i love this kind of engagement. thank you!
