Yep! See that every day! Sometimrs they even can't let their hands off it, when they are in a conversation with real people. Wonderful realism! Superb pose and expression and perfect lighting and camera setting!!

Warning, excessive use may maim your (insert your favourite: attention span/ability to build complex sentences/look people in the eye/notice others, the beauty of life.....)

Apparently now, teens and 20 year olds are starting to chronically develop small spurs at the back of their skulls that were only common in 80/90 year olds due to having their heads constantly looking down at their phones all damn day. So it's probably healthier to be too old for this crap. 😆
BTW yep, OOT made the hair, the attention to detail is brilliant.
