Love this for the atmosphere, the clothes and the reflection and splashes on the floor.
(Two suggestions: a pane of rainshower should be in the foreground, too, to make it rainy in the whole scene. I think it would help, it the character was wet/hasd wet hair, too.)

I second RRun's suggestion. When doing a rain scene, having no rain drops on the character / clothing and hair looks a bit odd. Other than that splendid work on the scene. Like the lighting and the overall feel of it.
