She is beautiful. Lovely blending of her with the background. I think a bit of shadow on the ground behind her is needed to make the blending better. This will be a wonderful cover to a fantasy novel that will make book lovers pick it up.

Thanks so much! I did shadow behind her foot, figured the dress was sheer, but I do see I should have taken it farther over and maybe darkened it. Thank you for the compliment!

Fantastic! I agree with rajib... The light from the portal should cast a shadow behind her... I've used a trick of positioning a spot light in front of a light source like that set to a low intesity with a high shadow blur radius so the shadow appears soft and defused.

For some reason I didn't get shadow on the ground behind her, there is a spot..didn't know the trick about shadow blur though, I'll keep it in mind!
