Nice depth in the image. Like the vastness of the scene. Looks good. I think you need better glass material. Here is almost feels it is not there. It should have more reflection and probably a bit of refraction too.

More like need a real ground. The entire background is an HDRI file.

Yeah you need something to reflect the light or bounce the light, i'm not a Daz user, so some one may be able to help more, but from what i know and have read....You could always use a ghost light....? supposedly a plane that's not quite transparent set as a low strength emitter......
