I really like the post and lighting. Also the camera angle helps the sense of menace. There's also something really cool about the textures – I'm getting a hint of moisture that makes it even creepier. The only thing I don't like is the fire: it just looks fake and isn't up to the quality of the rest of the scene. I do love those little, tight white highlights on the sconces (if that's what they are called – not sure here). Excellent work.
