That sheet should be okay. Or buy several cardboard green at the office depot for a buck each. Light the green separately from the doll. Move the doll closer to the camera so no shadow on the green. Also so that the green doesn't spill onto the doll at the edges.
Anyway, looks like you're having fun and that's the main thing.
