Description
Also known as Winifred "Fred" Collins.
In character creation, she created a big swole dude to project toughness. She joined a guild like most do, where she met Lola "BoxyFox" Rogers. After the guild disbanded, the two of them created a guild of their own.
This is her CURRENT avatar. Fred wants to do something about being the only male avatar in an all-girls guild. She doesn't need to be a big swole dude online anymore. Most RPGs have the ability to let you change character options, so she will eventually spring for that.
On a personal note, the redo of her avatar is a bit nerve-wracking for me. I set up this hierarchy to where the players who have been playing the longest have avatars made of older generation models. This here is obviously Michael Four in the Freak 4 mode. I don't have a lot of options for it clothing-wise, and posing him is a pain. Which didn't mean I wasn't going to use it anyway. It fits the narrative.
However, the character is one who is always very self-conscious. She's been bullied quite a lot growing up. She's uncomfortable in her own skin. The other girls encourage her to be her own woman, and she decides that unity is important to her. She feels that running a male avatar keeps her apart from the others. She's a complicated character, to say the least.
I would also like to clarify that she isn't on the road to being trans. It would be more accurate to say that she still feels she's a woman, but has a lot of masculine qualities, coupled with the fact that she has never even imagined herself falling in love. (Is non-sexual a thing?) She becoming a favorite to work with. I'm even considering doing a whole "origin" story for her.
