Bayonetta's magic transformed her hair into various weapons; Tiera's magic lets her use other people's blood (hence the claws). Bayonetta was a witch who had lost her memories; Tiera was a witch who could rake through others'. While the two share a mutual fight against Angels, it will take more than that to enlist the help of her fellow Umbra Witch, Tiera.
I'm having way too much fun writing my OC's into game story lines, LOL. This outfit just SCREAMED Bayonetta to me, and thus, a render was born! Hope you enjoy guys!
