Description
Ok most of you have probably seen this before - I entered it in Imagine comp. I was pretty pleased with it so I thought I'd give it a second viewing here. Think of it as my belated submission to the landscape/outdoor theme

Awesome, love the ghost and the creepy atmosphere...

I like the ghost too but for some reason whenever I think of ghost houses I wanna wander around them with a vaccum cleaner yelling "Mario..? Maaaaario!!!"
Burnart
Mario? - sorry I'm a bit stupid, the reference is lost on me!

Isn't it supposed to be Luigi not Mario? I though it was Luigi's Mansion. (gamecube Game) Anyway nice image Burnart, has an almost painted look to it.

I like the way you make all the elements of the scene perfectly match together. Great picture !
Dragoncrash

Burnart,Well I totally agree with all the preceeding comments, well done on all aspects, except one little niggle on my part is,to wit: Why is there only snow on the ground when it should be seen fugging up in the corners of the building(a very fine one by the way)and should be dusting,or at least appearing in the trees/vegeteation.Now I realise you're in Australia and what I'm taking for snow could be white sand, lol,so feel no restraint about setting me straight, but when i did a snow scene with pic trees i made a copy of the image as a snow map in a paint prigram and applied it as well,to good effect.nice use of ABDust.itx on the rock garden tho.Keep up the great Imagineering.

Actually your right, it wasn't intended to be snow! - just patchy ground. The only time I've ever seen snow is from a great distance on some mountains I was travelling parallel to in Victoria. Sad but true. Now lets talk about the 2 weeks straight of plus 40 C temps we had a couple of years ago. :^)

Very good picture. If you were using an Amiga, there is a great Snow Texture- can't off hand remember who did it, but it looks superb.
