Microsoft keeps showing me images with rough or rippled water and I keep saying I don't like them. Years ago with my second computer I got a Photopaint software bundled with CORELDRAW 5 and found any attempt to sharpen water would lead to something looking more like resin blown by a fan than water with it's liquid and shimmering quality. Apparantly this is the standard still. Don't feel bad about this as a photographer, I don't like paintings with water either unless the water is mirror smooth with maybe a reflection. The scene overall deserves attention to this detail.
