Description
Carla, our bass playing brunette, is one of the newest members of our group. She is also the only one without a degree from a place of higher learning (college). Basically she has two years at a local junior college and the education trail ends. Well, last Saturday night we were all sitting around the big screen TV in our recreation room watching old English movies of the 40's when this subject came up. Carla admitted that she wishes she had continued with her studies in a very emotionally exposed moment. Now, everyone in the group knows that Carla is as smart as a whip and started to encourage her to go back for at least a BA or BS in a field of her choice. As it turns out, ornithology was what she wanted to pursue - who knew? Through our collective resources and connections to a wide variety of the seats to higher education especially here in California we got her a place in the upcoming semester at the University of Santa Cruz just south of our location. She will be able to go to school, practice with the band and sleep in her own bed with a minimal disruption to our daily lives and the other girls are going to help her with her studies and make sure she passes all her tests with flying colors. I think THEY are more excited about Carla going back to school than Carla herself (LOL).
This brings us to the image you see before you. We found this "School Girl Uniform for G3 Females" over at (you know where!) Carla seems to like it a lot and would like to know if it is nice enough to wear on the first day of classes? I personally say "YES"!!!!!!!
NOTE: I can't let this day go by without sending my condolences to the community and townspeople of Gilroy, CA. 35 minutes south of where I live. I also happen to have lived there for several years of my youth. This just goes to show us all that "IT" can happen to anyone of us, anytime, anywhere! Assault rifles are banned in California. This guy drives across the border to Nevada purchases the gun and brings it back into the state!!! What's wrong with this picture?!!!!!

I think her classes will be most informative, and I'm sure she'll be at the op of her class - she's certainly at the top of mine! 😉
There's hardly a week goes by without a mass shooting somewhere. Society is out of control...
