Nice lighting. For the noise issue try using the denoiser (Daz Studio 4.11). It will help to clear up the image. Also one other thing, the bike looks like a low poly model. To get the wheels to look completely round, select the bike and from the menu select Edit->Object->Geometry->Convert To SubD... . Then in the Parameters tab under General, look for Mesh Resolution. Select the Resolution Level as High Resolution and set the SubDivision Level and Render SubDivision Level to the highest level. That should give you perfectly smooth round wheels.

magnificent!!! the lighting is spectacular, and the depths of the shadows is wonderful! The way the lights play off the figure and props give it an amazing depth!!!
