Description

if one should have the problem that I have with an external Hard drive, I discovered something that might help saving the contents. I was copying the zips and it would turn off the drive if the file was too large. however when I tried cutting the files and pasting in another hard drive the bad hard drive does not turn off as often unless I try to cut too many at one time. I still have at least a terabyte of files to move

Good info on the hard drive! Hope you are able to get everything copied OK.

I have a bunch of drives that will never be installed in a computer - I use them for backups only, and try to sync them at least once a month. I've been burned too many times! Every time Microcenter has a sale (and when I can afford it) I pick up an additional drive just to keep on hand.
