I used to go to this physician where I would wait an hour in the waiting room, another 40 min in the exam room. He'd rush in, and after saying hello, he turned to his folder, tsking away. He would turn to me and say "you must eat less". I tried to explain I was down to 600 calorie a day. He would shake his head, and wave me quiet and repeat, "you must eat less". No advice on how to do that and stay alive. Whoosh, my 5min up, he disappeared out the door wagging his finger at me, eat less. After a session like this, I made this render, because I was so hungry I could eat a pile of pastries. Well, I didn't, just felt like I could have.
