This one I remember having a slight Escher feel (Bryce Hero sees the same thing), but it also feels like a montage of WWII photographs (of post war ruins). It has a very documentary feel, to me. And your collision of geometric forms also makes a powerful abstract. It reminds me of NYCity in the 70s, where your grid patterns are like the endless fire escapes across lower manhattan. A very metallic, intense "din" of a piece, with the feeling of an apocalyptic moment. Quite powerful and inventive...One, I hope everyone zooms; and two, if people glance at your bryce work and think, "oh, he does abstracts," they're missing just how deeply layered and varied these abstracts are; and how suggestive of so many types of experience...
