Description
Let me start by saying that this render took 30 hours to complete. There were a few changes that I had wanted to make, but I really didn't want to sit through another 30 hours! My basic idea was a knot-hole in a tree revealing the inner sanctum of a Dryad's palace-ish room. It was probably a pretty unfeasible idea, but I think it came out alright. I hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for viewing!!

I can't figure why this took 30 hours. Is there volumetric light? I think it's a very cool idea. That tree looks good even that close....

Honestly, I can't tell you why it took 30 hours either. I think it is because of the focus bluring, if anything. Thanks! ~Aaron

I agree, I think it's a very cool idea myself. And it looks really neat :)

I am really impressed with the Kromekat tree texture. Especially up that close. But...is that a Dryad...a tree spirit? Seems more like a lost waitress.
