La gabare ou gabarre (de l'occitan gabarra) est un type de bateau traditionnel destiné au transport de marchandise. Deux types de navires sont désignés par ce mot : les gabares fluviales et les gabares maritimes.
The gabare or gabarre (from the Occitan gabarra) is a traditional type of boat used to transport goods. Two types of ships are referred to by this term: river and maritime barges.
