I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

This has all the qualities of a good poster, Rod: I tend to look at much of the internet on my iPhone, and while it’s one of the large models, it’s still a mobile screen and hence I see a smallish version of what we’re used to on big screens. If an image works both for small screens and larger ones, it’s a winner in my opinion. And yours does, so well done! Now what has The Director (presumably before he became a director) found in the mysterious woods? What are the beautiful purple woods? And how does this tie up with the T.N.A. organisation?

exceptional scene and atmosphere. I am back!

Great scene!

Even with the strong foreground/background composition it is still the atmospheric lighting that really makes this one. Very well done.

Beautiful colors and an intriguing scene. Good job creating suspense. I'm looking forward to this.

Great promo poster Rod. It has a Stephen King feel to it. I'm glad that things are getting better for you and Jo. Now if they don't try to dig up a crashed UFO under your house and conspiracy nuts camp out in your neighbor's back yard...

Too late.... We've already back-engineered the alien probe they dug up while replacing my sewer in April. It belonged to the First Order.... No worries, though. Snoke is only half the man he used to be..

Excellent teaser! Some very cool and mysterious imagery. I'm forcing my literary muse by fixing and doing some rewrites on the Urath story for the first "book". That's all over at DA, but I'm finding it is stirring the juices that could finally get me to continue with that story and make my way to a finish. Getting your TNA story published, I think, is an excellent idea. That kind of accomplishment is quite rewarding. My experience being in putting out a couple of CDs as part of a band.

That is a really cool promo image. I like to tell my stories starting in the middle.

(I'm going backwards, and I'll end with the TNA piece.) First, congratulations on 10 years! Is it 10 years to the date? You've been one of the rocks of gibraltar here, and you deserve lots of kudos for all you've given, as an artist and as a friend to us all. Second, good luck on your pdf work, and with all the stuff that's getting a following in other venues. You deserve that. Third, I hope your progress is going well enough to give you a sense of accomplishment. I know it's been a lonnnnnng slog in the last several months. You figure, you'll retire and then you'll have tons of free time...then, wham!!! (Bye bye free time!) I hope things are at least 'moving' these days. I hope it's getting easier. I wish you a lot better fall, friend. A lot better than your spring and summer.
Finally, this is a real movie still ! A woman in green (right---green?) sneaking into the shot, looking into this very purple forest-opening (against a purple sky), with some mysterious light in the center---and we're left wondering, what's going on, what's going to happen, etc. Very well done, Rod. It really feels like a harbinger of things to come. Very professionally done. (And you didn't use typical hollywood lead-ins---a tagline like "Just when you thought it was safe to go out..." You didn't need that. The picture says it all.) Perfect poster.

Dark and disturbing image with very surreal lighting. The use of large amounts of red makes the scene especially chilling. Are you sure this is not meant to be for a horror/supernatural thriller?
Will be following your TNA saga. Keep working at it!
